What is Duwata?
Duwata.com is a simple and affordable booking system designed specifically for pickleball courts. It helps court owners create a dedicated booking page that players can discover, use, and return to whenever they want to book again.
What does the free trial include?
You get a 3-month free trial with no setup fees, no commitment, and no hidden costs. The goal is to let you test the full booking flow and see how Duwata fits your court operations before paying anything.
Who is it for?
Duwata is a good fit for small to mid-scale pickleball courts that want better online visibility, a simpler booking flow, and an easier way for returning players to find and reserve their venue again.
How does Duwata help bring players to our courts?
Each venue gets a dedicated booking page that can be shared directly with players, listed in the root directory, and revisited by customers looking for available courts and schedules. The goal is to make your court easier to discover while reducing booking friction for returning players.
What does the booking flow look like for players?
Players open your booking page, choose a court and date, check available time slots, submit a booking request, and if your setup requires payment, they can send payment details for review right after reserving. They can then return to the page to check booking status or look up confirmed reservations later.
Do we have to commit to anything?
No. There is no lock-in and no required long-term commitment. You can try the 3-month free trial first, evaluate whether the platform works for your court, and decide from there.
How does pricing work after the trial?
After the 3-month free trial, pricing is based on usage: 10 bookings per month is ₱100, 20 bookings per month is ₱200, and it continues at that pace up to a cap of ₱500 per month. The pricing is intentionally kept low to help support court owners while covering server and maintenance costs.
How quickly can we get set up?
Setup is meant to be fast. Once your court page is prepared, players can start using it to view availability, send booking requests, and return to the same page for future reservations. If you want the customer-facing flow in more detail, see /docs/public documentation.
